Pancadaria

Pancadaria

A whole gang on the sidewalk and only two fists on your side.

plays fine with your thumb

A side-scrolling beat 'em up across four street corners of a single night. A four-punch string, a back attack, a running blitz, a grab with a throw, two specials and a star move. The offensive special costs GREEN health: the bar gets marked and you win it back by landing hits, but getting hit burns the green and evaporates the combo points you haven't banked yet. That's why knowing when to stop punching is worth as much as knowing how to punch. Art from ansimuz's Streets of Fight pack.

how to play

You walk down a side-scrolling sidewalk and the gang comes in waves. Each stage is one corner of the same night: clear the wave, the camera lets you move on, and a boss waits at the end of the street. Points you haven't banked yet glow under the score.

Keyboard: arrows or WASD move, J or Z punch, K, X or space jump, L or C fire the special, forward + L the offensive one, U the star move, I or B throw the weapon, ESC pauses. On a phone, the left side is a stick that spawns where your thumb lands and the right side holds the buttons; the throw button only shows up while you're holding a weapon.

Points from a string stay pending and grow with the multiplier. If the combo cools off without you getting hit, they're banked; take a hit first and the whole thing vanishes. The offensive special costs 14 green health, which comes back as you land hits; the defensive one costs 8 that never return. You get three lives; continuing after that resets your score.

Four corners, four bosses: Razor lunges and vanishes, Sledge only feels heavy hits, Siren never stands still, and the Queen of the Street has the same spin you do, without paying health for it. On the last corner, the first two bosses come back as regular thugs.
